Design Thinking training

The aim for the Swiss insurance Baloise was to define together “the general agency of the future” by deploying the impact that such a vision would have on a personal and interpersonal level. The result of this 2-day workshop was to come up with clear and concrete ideas about this new perspective and potential solution generated.
I co-designed and co-facilitated this workshop of 12 general agents coming from French-speaking Switzerland and Tessin.
